Fabrication of Custom Parts

For fabrication of parts like the belly pan you want to have a third party CNC company handle that for you unless you can do it yourself.

SendCutSend is a business that cuts sheet metal or other materials to very precise tolerances. You can go to their website and upload a DXF file, select the material and thickness, and they will ship it to you.

Getting the DXF file

Select your belly pan's face and create a sketch of it. Click done. In the left side browser, there is a Sketches tab and under that is all of your sketches. Right click the latest one, which is the one you just created and select Export DXF

You can now use that file for Send Cut Send and other services who do the same. We have used 6061 aluminum at 1/8" thickness for all our belly pans and it has held up great.
