Designing a Bellypan
A belly pan is used for mounting all of your electronics and battery. it is also a key structural component of your robot. It keeps everything where it should be.
Start by selecting a face on the tubing

Then, select the Create Sketch Tool

Press L or the line tool to use the line tool. Click where you want the point to start and where you want it to end.

Once you went and connected both ends, a profile/surface should appear

Select the whole thing and press E or the extrude tool and specify the thickness. 1/8" is recommended. Make sure to specify the operation as a new component in the side menu.

To create mounting holes, go around to each of the tubing pieces and select a face with the holes. Create circle sketches by pressing C or the circle tool. Next, select your holes and extrude the backwards up through the belly pan. Make sure the operation is set to cut.

Optionally, you can fillet your corners to have round edges using the fillet tool or by pressing F.
