Bumper Mount without hole

This is what bolts without plungers will slot into.

Mounted directly onto the MAXTube the same way as the Bumper mount w/hole, but uses a 3.5" bolt (https://www.mcmaster.com/91251A361/) instead of a 3.25" bolt.
